The rules, in plain English
- No deposit, no subscription. Nothing is held as a bond and there is no membership to join.
- The 24-hour cap. Charges stop at $15 within a 24-hour period. If your rental continues past 24 hours, a new 24-hour charging period begins and the cap applies again to that period.
- 48-hour return window. The maximum normal rental period is 48 hours.
- $39 replacement/keep charge. If a power bank is not returned after the disclosed 48-hour period, a $39 replacement/keep charge applies and the bank is yours. This is a disclosed replacement charge, not a penalty.
- No app required. Rent directly from your phone's browser at the station.
